$26 for 2026!

NEXT SESSION - WEDNESDAY 4 NOVEMBER 2026.

Wednesdays used to be about wearing pink.

Now we’re creating inner space and resetting our nervous systems.

Less Mean Girls, more lying down. Still fetch.

Welcome to the Midweek Bloom

Have you tried meditation and thought, “Yeah… I’m not good at this…”?

Well. You don’t need to be good at meditation to listen to sound bowls, babe.

This is a cosy, beginner-friendly Wednesday night group sound session designed to give your brain, body and nervous system a little break from all the doing. Think brain holiday meets blanket burrito. Let’s close some brain tabs.

You’ll settle in, get comfy and let the sounds of singing bowls create a space to slow down, switch off and simply be.

No matter where you’re at, you’re welcome here.

  • No meditation experience required.

  • No sitting cross-legged trying to empty your mind.

  • No need to be spiritual.

  • No need to have your shit together.

Just bring yourself, get comfy and let me hold the space for you for a while.

You’ll leave feeling a little more rested, a little more grounded and hopefully a little more like yourself.
