Curiosity Unleashed!
If you have a question, there’s likely an answer here for you. If you don’t see your question, please reach out to us! -
You lie down, get cosy, and let me do the noisy bit.
I’ll use sound bowls, gong, drum and ocean drum to create a soundscape designed to help you slow down, settle and rest.
There’s nothing you need to achieve. No special breathing technique. No emptying your mind.
Just lie there and exist for a while. Basically, a brain holiday.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-based practice. During a session, I use light touch or work just above the body, depending on your preference.
The intention is to create a calm, restful space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself.
You don't need to believe in anything for Reiki to be a useful opportunity to pause.
You can be fully woo woo, mildly woo curious, or firmly in the “okay babe, prove it” camp.
You don't have to believe anything. You just need to be open to taking some time for yourself.
-
Something comfortable that you can relax in.
You’ll remain fully clothed, so think cosy rather than cocktail party.
Socks are encouraged. Blanket burrito status is highly supported.
-
Excellent.
That means your body decided it needed the rest.
There is absolutely no gold star for staying awake.
And if you snore, I take that as a personal win.
-
That's okay too.
You don't have to arrive calm to be here.
You might be stressed, distracted, emotional, restless or completely knackered. There’s no right way to experience a session.
Come as you are.

Reiki and sound healing are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not medical treatments and aren't intended to diagnose, treat or cure illness or replace professional healthcare.
If you have a health concern, please speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
-
Maybe. Maybe not.
Some people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotions. Some see colours, or go where their mind takes them. Or some experience a busy mind finally quieting down, or simply a really good rest.
Others just lie there thinking about what they're having for dinner.
All experiences are valid and completely fine.
-
There's no guaranteed outcome, but you may leave feeling calmer, more rested, grounded or simply like you've had a proper break.
Think: brain quieter. Body softer. Nervous system less “OH MY GOD.”
-
It can be, but it doesn't have to be.
I bring my own woo to the room, but you don't need to bring any.
Bloom Anyway, Babes is for the woo and the no-woo, the curious and the sceptical, the deeply spiritual and the people who just really need a lie down.
-
Of course.
I'll explain everything you need to know before we begin, and you're always welcome to ask questions or let me know if something doesn't feel right.
Once we're underway, the idea is generally to let you switch off and rest — but there are no rules about being perfectly silent.
-
That's okay.
Sometimes when we finally stop, things surface.
You don't need to apologise for crying, feeling emotional or having a moment. You don't need to explain it or make it make sense.
You can simply let it be there.
I also have the sparkliest pink tissue box standing by.
-
Maybe.
If you're tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated, burnt out, stuck in your head, or just desperately need someone to tell you that doing absolutely nothing for an hour is allowed...
Probably.
Come as you are.
We'll make some room to breathe, rest and bloom.
